斜拉索HDPE防护套的损伤机理及预防对策研究

Abstract:

:?阳光照射在常规斜拉索HDPE护套上形成温度梯度,在截面上护套形成不均匀变形,除两锚固端外,通常无缝的护套结构形式导致其不可避免的产生环向及纵向裂纹。对常见的斜拉索防护套破损机理以及典型的斜拉索防护层结构进行了理论分析,提出了增加刚性过渡层的防护套构造措施。增设遮阳系统,可降低HDPE管的应力幅值,有效地延长斜拉索防护套的使用寿命,节约养护维修成本。
