机制砂再生混凝土耐磨性能研究

Abstract:

:?再生粗集料混凝土的耐磨性低于普通混凝土是限制其在路面面层应用的主要原因之一,机制砂混凝土的耐磨性则优于河砂混凝土,为研究再生粗骨料与机制砂细骨料配制混凝土的耐磨性能及影响因素,设计不同配合比进行混凝土耐磨试验研究。试验结果表明:随着再生集料取代率的增加混凝土的磨损量增加;与河砂相比,机制砂作为细集料时,再生混凝土的耐磨性能提高;机制砂中的石粉能够改善再生混凝土的耐磨性能,在一定范围内,混凝土磨损量随机制砂石粉含量的增加而降低。
