一种轮鼓试验台等效转动惯量估算方法

Abstract:

:?为了使车辆在转鼓试验台上的制动过程与路试的制动过程尽可能一致,需要估算的等效转动惯量尽量接近真实值。考虑了制动过程中车辆的轴荷前移及转动半径的选取,提出了一种等效转动惯量的估算方法。该方法针对车辆制动时前轴等效惯量的计算,使用在车辆的单轴转鼓实验中,适用于电动汽车制动能量回收过程的研究。通过台架实验与实车路试结果进行对比,证明了该方法的有效性。
