硬质砂岩级配碎石应用研究

Abstract:

:?针对砂岩碎石物理性质差异较大的特点,依托重庆涪丰石高速公路项目,通过室内试验评价其物理、力学性能,对砂岩碎石作为级配碎石原料的可行性进行论证;依据CBR值比选其合理级配类型;以细集料石灰岩掺配砂岩构成级配碎石并研究相关特性。结果表明:硬质砂岩碎石密度较低,吸水率较大,可作为级配碎石原料;依据CBR值比选出连续型级配较为合理;掺配细集料石灰岩对结构强度有一定提高,0.075mm以下细料的塑性指数及1.18~4.75mm集料强度显著影响级配碎石强度,砂岩级配碎石强度主要由各档碎石的密实填充形成。
