基于区间值模糊推理的公路工程定额拟定

Abstract:

:?根据工效学理论分析了公路工程定额编制中工料机消耗影响因素及其权重,应用区间值模糊推理,研究了拟编制定额与相似定额综合相似度的确定方法和工料机消耗量估算模型,将上述方法应用于汶川震后恢复重建工程的定额拟定,并把拟定成果与采用传统测定方法所得的结果进行比较,其定额基价误差仅为1.92%。结果表明区间值模糊推理用于公路工程定额的编制,能满足工程造价确定与控制要求,且能充分利用现有丰富定额资源,兼顾专家的知识和经验,适应公路工程项目单件性的特点,是一种持续改进的实用方法。
