基于微观结构的荷载温度双场耦合下路面混凝土抗渗性研究

Abstract:

:?混凝土的抗渗性能与其微观组成和结构密切相关,为分析路面混凝土在荷载、温度双场耦合下的抗渗性能,采用扫描电镜(SEM)来研究荷载和温度作用对混凝土的微观形貌结构的影响,分析其化学组分,并通过氯离子渗透试验进行验证,初步揭示了动态疲劳荷载和温度作用下路面混凝土抗渗性能变化机理。结果表明:随着疲劳荷载的应力水平从30%增大至80%,混凝土内部微裂缝扩宽2~3倍以上,氯离子扩散系数增大超过27%,抗渗性劣化作用明显;不同温度水平的作用导致混凝土化学组分和微观形态的变化,在不同程度上劣化混凝土抗渗性能,冻融循环对路面抗渗性能影响最大,氯离子扩散系数增长达4倍;双场耦合下的抗渗性劣化程度明显高于单因素的作用,双场耦合下混凝土氯离子扩散系数较基准混凝土增大超过9倍。
