水泥橡胶综合改性沥青混合料高温性能研究

Abstract:

:?用沥青3大技术指标试验研究水泥和橡胶粉同时作为改性剂对沥青性能的影响;用马歇尔试验确定最佳沥青用量,用车辙试验和弯曲蠕变试验对沥青混合料高温性能进行评价,并分析了改性机理。研究表明:橡胶粉增强了沥青与集料的黏结性能;水泥起到抗剥落剂的作用,增强了集料间的锁嵌作用;水泥掺量1.5%时水泥橡胶综合改性沥青混合料比基质沥青混合料,动稳定度提高了3倍左右,40℃-15N蠕变柔量降低了22.89%,适宜用在高温重载交通地区铺筑优良沥青路面
