基于浮动车数据的出租车运营管理特性建模与分析

Abstract:

:?为提供实时准确的出租车运营管理数据,以缓解出租车空驶率高及运营效率低的现象,提出一种城市出租车运营管理特性的建模与分析方法。该方法依托大规模浮动车数据的分析和预处理,分析出租车GPS数据的特征,提出面向出租车运营管理的大规模浮动车数据处理框架,并综合出行需求、运营效益和运营效率,构建基于浮动车数据的出租车运营管理指标体系及其计算模型;以广州市为例,选取5个典型工作日的出租车GPS数据,分析广州市出租车运营的出行需求分布、里程空载率、时间空载率、载客行驶速度、载客出行时间和载客出行距离等指标,提取广州市出租车运营管理水平的重要特征参数,可为出租车站点优化配置、运营调度以及行业管理提供重要的决策支持。
