TerminalBlending橡胶沥青的特性与应用前景

Abstract:

:?针对传统橡胶沥青工艺制备的橡胶沥青存在易离析、高黏度等缺点,采用美国TerminalBlend无搅拌湿法工艺制备了TerminalBlending(以下简称TB)胶粉改性沥青,通过红外光谱及荧光显微镜对其进行了微观分析,并从存储稳定性、软化点、针入度、黏度和延度5方面将其与普通橡胶沥青进行对比。结果表明:TB工艺能够促进胶粉完全溶于沥青,使得TB沥青整体更为均匀,48h软化点之差和存储前后针入度之差均小于普通橡胶沥青的1/2,且黏度也远小于橡胶沥青;TB沥青低温性能良好而高温性能一般,适用于我国北方寒冷地区,为扩大TB沥青的适用地域,建议对其进行复核改性;TB沥青出色的存储稳定性且广泛的适用级配使其具有良好的应用前景。
