无推力斜靠式拱桥施工过程中吊索索力控制

Abstract:

:?以某斜靠式拱桥为例,介绍了无推力斜靠式拱桥成桥目标索力和施工张拉力的确定方法;推导出了考虑构件安装误差的吊索无应力索长的计算公式;并对不同施工阶段索力测试的方法进行了讨论,在吊索张拉阶段,采用频率法和千斤顶法相结合的方法,提出了以张拉千斤顶和配套的油压表控制为主,频率法控制为辅的索力控制方法;在吊索非张拉阶段,采用频率法进行测试,索力计算采用张拉阶段标定的索力系数和吊索弯曲刚度;根据减振器安装前后索力不变的原则,给出了减振器安装后的索力计算公式。经实践,该方法在施工过程中吊索的索力控制方面取得了比较满意的效果,可为今后同类桥梁的索力控制提供借鉴。
