岸桥并行作业效率约束下泊位与岸桥集成分派

Abstract:

:?针对多个岸桥并行作业时的相互干扰而影响岸桥工作效率的问题,研究了岸桥并行作业效率约束下船舶作业泊位分派和岸桥分配优化的方法。建立了以船舶在港惩罚成本最小为目标的混合整数线性规划模型,引人不同作业环境下的干扰因子和偏离最佳靠泊泊位的惩罚系数,分析了岸桥工时和惩罚成本的影响。研究了并行作业岸桥数量变化对效率的影响。算例分析表明:虽然岸桥并行作业的数量增多能够加快装卸,减少船在港惩罚成本,但是会降低岸桥工作效率,增加岸桥总工时,从而增加集装箱港口的运作成本。
