矿粉对橡胶沥青混合料路用性能的影晌

Abstract:

:?基于橡胶沥青混合料,汁算得到5.0%,6.0%,6.5%等3种沥青用量下沥青膜厚度,分析了矿粉对橡胶沥青、鹿合料沥青膜厚度的影响。通过肯塔堡飞散试验、冻融劈裂试验及四点弯曲疲劳试验,对比试验了加矿粉和不用矿粉的橡胶沥青泪合料的秸结性能、抗水损害性能、疲劳性能,试验结果表明:掺加矿粉的橡胶沥青棍合料的飞散损失均略低于不用矿粉的混合料;6.0%,6.5%沥青用量下,不用矿粉的级配对应的TSR值均小于加矿粉的级配;不用矿粉的级配疲劳性能明显优于使用矿粉的两种级配。研究表明:橡胶沥青混合料中使用矿粉,可略提高其结结性能和抗水损害性能,但对于其疲劳性能却是不利的。
