可实现大转向角的电动汽车驱动机构的设计

Abstract:

:?提出一种可实现大角度转向的电动汽车独立驱动机构,该机构的最大转向角接近±90°,且驱动电机和转向电机均布置在车架上,降低了电动汽车的非簧载质量,提高了整车的行驶平顺性。对不同转向模式下的该机构驱动电机的转速控制算法进行了理论分析,并在NX中建立了该机构的三维模型。最后,以左前轮为例,通过仿真分析验证了该控制算法的正确性。
