基于单向流固耦合的叶轮强度和振动研究

Abstract:

:?为了获得某带分流叶片的离心式压气机叶轮更为真实详细的应力状态,建立三维实体模型;采用流体动力学和有限元方法,对其进行单向流固耦合分析,构建叶轮单通道三维流场模型和结构有限元模型;利用软件之间的接口,实现了流场与结构场之间的压力数据传递,获得离心力和气动力共同作用时的叶轮最大应力和应变的分布,进而完成叶轮静强度的分析计算,并验证了叶轮强度的可靠性;利用静力结果进行模态分析,分析了转速对固有频率的影响,得到在常用转速下的共振点。
