筒装料管道水力输送环隙流场特性试验研究

Abstract:

:?为进一步完善从流场角度对简装料管道水力输送管道车运移过程的研究,采用试验的方法对车长100mm、直径60mm、荷载750g的管道车在30-70旷/h不同流量控制条件下运行时管道车车身环隙流流场水力特性进行分析。得到了车体周围环隙流为紊流状态;断面内压力、轴向速度以及周向速度均随流量的增大呈现总体增大的趋势;同一流量条件下,轴向速度在车中断面内分布为运动管道车壁附近较大、静止管道壁面附近较小,且沿车体在车中断面内分布较车前、车后断面更为均匀;各流量条件下,断面内周向速度分布均呈现较明显的不均匀性,轴向速度分布均匀性随流量增大而提高。
