地铁盾构隧道施工对地层扰动的影晌因素分析

Abstract:

:?盾构掘进不可避免地会对周围地层产生扰动,其中盾构自身的施工过程参数是引起地层扰动的重要因素,这些施工过程参数包括掘削面支护压力、盾构机超挖量、盾尾注浆压力、注浆时间等。通过对地铁盾构隧道掘进过程的数值模拟,研究盾构施工参数对地层扰动的影响规律。结果表明:掘削面支护压力是影响盾构机前方的地表沉降的主要因素,盾构机超挖量、盾尾注浆压力及注浆时间3者对地层的位移、管片衬砌承受的外荷载及结构内力分布均具有显著影响。研究表明,将盾构施工的关键参数控制在一个合理的范围内时,可以有效地减小盾构施工对地层的扰动,从而降低地表沉降和管片结构内力。
