基于灵敏度方法的车门模态优化

Abstract:

:?在Hypermesh软件中对某车门进行简化得到其有限元模型,并对车门进行模态分析获得车门模态性能。通过车门模态实验分析验证有限元模型的正确性。由于车门一阶、三阶频率与白车身固有频率相近,需要优化车门模态性能。通过灵敏度分析方法获得影响模态频率的关键部件,并以关键部件的厚度作为设计变量,经过优化提高车门一阶、三阶固有频率,避开车身固有频率,提高车门模态性能。
