弯桥墩梁位移自动监测系统研究

Abstract:

:?针对弯桥的墩、梁、支座以及伸缩缝会出现相互关联的病害的现象,设计研发了弯桥墩梁位移自动监测系统。结合热胀冷缩效应,以及系统安装时墩梁之间的原始偏移情况对监测值的影响,通过理论推导得出墩梁的实际偏移值公式;通过图像采集方式实现对伸缩缝的位移情况进行人工判读,对支座状态进行实时观测,并实现对位移传感器采集得到数据的验证功能;数据通过移动无线网络传输到服务器中,由软件系统对服务器中的相关数据进行调用处理,形成数据曲线图、导出监测数据;对超限等状况进行及时短信预警,从而达到及时有效预警被监测点损伤状况的功能。
