中国城市居民的志愿行为研究:人力资本的视角

Abstract:

?研究中国城市居民的公益行为对于探索中国公民的公民性以及慈善事业未来的发展具有重要意义。本研究从公民的教育水平、收入水平以及健康状况三个角度,讨论人力资本对于公民参与志愿活动的影响。结果发现,有37%的受访者在过去一年中曾参加过志愿活动,而公民的各项人力资本指标对其志愿行为有着不同的影响。其中,受教育水平越高的公民参加公益活动的可能性越高,而健康情况与志愿行为的关系并不显著。此外,公民的经济状况与其参与志愿活动的可能性成反比,经济状况越好的公民,其参与志愿活动的可能性越低。这一方面反映了经济状况好的公民参与公益活动的机会成本相应增加,同时也反映出中国公民在经济状况改善之后,距离公民文化的形成和社会责任感的提高,仍有一段距离。
