苹果蠹蛾卵在梨园中的分布特性和空间格局

Abstract:

为了及时地在苹果蠹蛾Cydiapomonella(L.)入侵地实施有效的防控策略,系统调查和分析了甘肃酒泉梨园苹果蠹蛾卵的发生、分布规律和空间分布格局。结果显示,苹果蠹蛾成虫1年发生2代,第1代和第2代卵高峰期分别出现在5月21日和7月11日前后,空间上分别呈均匀分布和聚集分布。雌蛾对梨树叶片和果实具有产卵选择性差异,在第1代卵高峰期,幼果上的着卵量占51.6%,显著高于叶片上的卵量(P<0.05),而在第2代卵高峰期,叶片上的着卵量占58.1%,极显著高于果实上的卵量(P<0.01);叶片上的卵主要分布于叶背面。苹果蠹蛾对梨树空间层次的产卵选择在第1代和第2代成虫产卵高峰期均表现为:中层>上层>下层。在第1代卵空间格局的基础上,采用Iwao方法确定了苹果蠹蛾卵量调查的最适抽样数和序贯抽样表。
