反-β-法尼烯对菜蚜及瓢虫种群空间分布格局的影响

Abstract:

为探讨蚜虫报警信息素反-β-法尼烯(E-β-farnesene,EβF)对菜蚜的控制作用,用地统计学方法分析了大白菜田释放EβF后,菜蚜及其主要天敌瓢虫的空间分布格局的变化。不同调查时期菜蚜种群半方差函数拟合模型表明,菜蚜在EβF释放田和对照田均呈聚集分布。释放EβF42d后,对照田菜蚜种群高密度聚集区在对照田中部出现,而EβF释放田在距离中心释放点约6m范围内没有菜蚜种群高密度聚集区出现。在对照田和EβF释放田,瓢虫在空间范围和数量上均表现出对菜蚜的跟随作用,在EβF释放田离释放点5~6m范围内瓢虫出现的频率高。说明EβF释放后尽管不能改变菜蚜的聚集分布模式,但可以通过吸引天敌瓢虫来抑制6m范围内菜蚜的种群增长。
