不同氮水平对黄瓜蚜虫生长发育的影响

Abstract:

通过不同氮水平处理,研究瓜蚜Aphisgossypii生殖力、黄瓜叶片游离氨基酸、可溶性糖含量的变化,探讨施肥水平与蚜虫繁殖的关系。结果显示,高氮水平(210、280?mg/L)处理瓜蚜生殖力明显高于低氮水平(70、140?mg/L)处理,其中140?mg/L氮水平处理,蚜虫的内禀增长率、单雌平均每日产仔量、净增值率等最低,种群数量增加量最小;不同氮水平处理黄瓜叶片内游离氨基酸和可溶性糖含量有明显变化,随着氮水平增加,16种游离氨基酸的总量增加、可溶性糖的含量降低;蚜虫内禀增长率与叶片内游离氨基酸增加量和对照增加量的比值呈现正相关,与可溶性糖的含量呈负相关,且均达到显著水平。结果表明不同氮水平通过改变叶片内游离氨基酸和可溶性糖的含量而影响蚜虫的繁殖和种群的增长。
