刺状鱼栖苔化学成分研究

Abstract:

目的:研究红藻刺状鱼栖苔Acantophoraspicifera化学成分。方法:利用正相和反相色谱,SephadexLH-20色谱以及反相HPLC等手段进行分离纯化,应用MS,IR和1D,2D-NMR等方法鉴定结构。结果:从穗状鱼栖苔中分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别为aplysin(1),loloilide(2),(R)-(-)-dehydrovomifoliol(3),尿嘧啶(4),胸腺嘧啶(5),1-methoxy-4-(1-propenyl)benzene(6)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从本属海藻中分离得到,其中化合物6为首次从海洋生物中分离得到。
