雷公藤及其活性成分药效学和药理学研究的若干进展

Abstract:

有关雷公藤多苷(multi-glycosideofTripterygiumwilfordii,GTW)临床药效学的研究主要是针对增殖性肾小球肾炎、狼疮性肾炎、类风湿性关节炎、银屑病等免疫相关性疾病。其临床疗效主要表现在改善相应疾病的临床症状,减少蛋白尿和血尿,减轻关节痛和皮肤损害等。GTW及其活性成分雷公藤甲素(triptolide,T4)药理作用包括抗炎、免疫抑制、保护肾组织上皮细胞等,而且,在拮抗器官移植排斥反应、抑制肿瘤生长、拮抗生殖方面也具备有益的作用。
