丹酚酸A的研究与进展

Abstract:

丹酚酸A是常用中药丹参中的水溶性成分,近年来关于其化学研究、药理活性、药代动力学研究均取得了重要进展。丹酚酸A化学研究表明其分析测定方法多采用高效液相色谱法,提取分离工艺不断改进,得率和纯度都得到较大的提高。丹酚酸A药理研究发现其具有广泛的药理活性,包括抗氧化、心肌缺血保护、抗血栓、神经保护、抗肝纤维化、防治糖尿病及并发症等多个方面,为丹酚酸A的临床应用提供了丰富的研究资料。丹酚酸A的药代动力学研究近年也受到重视,针对动力学参数、吸收分布、代谢途径等展开了大量研究,初步药代动力学特征已得到阐明。为了更好地对丹酚酸A的研究开发提供参考,本文基于本实验室的研究工作和前期研究的文献资料,综述了近10年丹酚酸A的化学、药理和药代动力学等方面的研究进展,并对丹酚酸A研究的发展方向作了展望。
