UV-B辐射对药用植物次生代谢的影响研究进展

Abstract:

平流层臭氧稀薄导致到达地面的中波紫外辐射(UV-B,280~320nm)增加。受UV-B辐射影响,药用植物的基因表达、酶活性及次生代谢发生改变,导致多种药用活性成分含量变化从而影响临床疗效。该文综述了近10年来国内外学者对UV-B辐射与植物次生代谢产物积累方面的研究成果,为药用植物的栽培和开发提供参考。
