姜黄素神经保护作用研究

Abstract:

姜黄一直被用于食品添加剂,并在传统医学中作为中草药广泛应用,其中姜黄素是姜黄中主要的活性成分。近年来的研究发现,姜黄素可以通过抗氧化、抗炎、抑制蛋白质的聚积等药理作用发挥其较强的神经保护作用。本文以典型的神经变性病阿尔茨海默病为例,就近年来姜黄素在神经保护作用中的最新研究进展作一综述。
