人工培植长春花中文多灵、长春质碱和长春碱的分布和积累动态

Abstract:

目的:研究田间栽培长春花不同发育阶段各器官文多灵、长春质碱和长春碱的含量动态以及不同器官的生物量动态,以确定人工种植长春花的最佳采收期。方法:以人工培植长春花为实验材料,采用高效液相色谱法对生长季内长春花根、茎、叶、花和果实中的文多灵、长春质碱和长春碱的含量进行动态检测。结果:这些生物碱含量受季节和组织部位的影响,叶片中文多灵和长春质碱含量最高,根中没有文多灵,花中长春碱含量最高;8-9月文多灵和长春质碱含量最高,9月以后长春碱含量最高;生物量9月初最高。结论:9月初为长春花最佳采收期。
