HPLC同时测定五味子提取物中的4种类三萜内酯类物质的含量Keywords: HPLC,五味子提取物,类三萜内酯,de-hydroxyarisanlactoneD,25-hydroxyschindilactone,schindilachoneA,lancifodilactoneD Abstract: 目的:研究了HPLC测定五味子提取物中de-hydroxyarisanlactoneD,25-hydroxyschindilactone,schindilachoneA,lancifodilactoneD的含量的方法。方法:WatersSymmetry色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(33∶67),柱温37℃,流速1mL·min-1,检测波长246nm。结果:De-hydroxyarisanlactoneD,25-hydroxyschindilactone,schindilachoneA和lancifodilactoneD的线性范围和(μg)加样回收率分别为0.075~1.800(98.57%),0.098~0.980(96.44%),0.095~0.950(97.96%),0.053~0.530(97.27%)。结论:该方法分离良好、精密准确、能用于五味子提取物中4种类三萜内酯类物质的定量分析。
