丹参提取物混合粉的粉体学性质与微丸成型的相关性研究

Abstract:

中药提取物具有诸多不良特性,导致以其为原料制备的中药微丸成型性较差.该研究以丹参提取物为模型药物,与不同比例的微晶纤维素、乳糖、淀粉混合,采用挤出滚圆法制备微丸.以90%累积平均粒径、粒径的跨度、松密度、紧密度、压缩度、豪森比及休止角等指标表征混合粉的粉体学性质,以Feret粒径、横纵比、得率、密度及脆碎度等指标评价微丸的成型性,采用聚类分析法、主成分分析及偏最小二乘回归法分析物料粉体学性质与微丸成型性的相关性.结果显示,粉体的粒度与微丸的粒径、密度及得率呈负相关,与脆碎度呈正相关;粉体的粒径跨度、密度、压缩度及休止角与微丸的粒径、密度及得率呈正相关,与脆碎度呈负相关.结果表明,挤出滚圆法制备微丸的成型性与物料粉体学性质有一定的相关性.该研究为建立符合中药提取物特点的微丸成型技术和方法提供了研究基础.
