TRPV1离子通道与中药辛味药性的关系研究

Abstract:

中药五味理论及味效发生机制一直是中药药性研究领域的重点和难点。该文利用基于药效团的虚拟筛选技术,通过研究中药成分对TRPV1离子通道的调节作用探讨TRPV1与中药辛味药性之间的关系。结果发现TRPV1激动剂药效团模型与中药化学成分之间的匹配关系揭示了辛味中药的药效成分。因此,提出TRPV1离子通道是辛味药性发挥药效的潜在靶点之一。中药辛味药性是由其化学成分决定的,且在不同层次上符合继承性和加和性等特点。
