基于药物生物效应的中药寒热属性分类研究策略

Abstract:

中药药性理论作为中药理论体系的基础与核心,其科学基础的发现是中药现代化发展的先决条件。寒热药性作为中药性能的核心要素,是目前药性研究的主要切入点,建立科学可靠的药物寒热属性分类方法是药性理论发展的需求,更可为厘清药性混淆品种的寒热属性提供有效方法。该文基于作者项目组开展的药物寒热属性研究工作,阐述了从药物生物学效应角度构建寒热药性分类模型的研究策略与框架,表明基于系统生物学、网络药理学、模式识别技术等的多学科交叉合作研究,可望成为构建中药寒热属性生物效应表征体系的有效途径。
