金荞麦银纳米粒的制备及其工艺优化研究

Abstract:

该研究以金荞麦提取液为还原剂和稳定剂制备银纳米粒,并通过考察金荞麦粉末提取时间、银纳米粒合成温度、金荞麦提取液加入量、AgNO3溶液的浓度等不同因素,优选金荞麦银纳米粒形成的最佳工艺,并采用红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、透射电镜(TEM)、动态激光散射(DLS)、X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)对所制银纳米粒进行结构表征和形态学考察。结果显示,制备银纳米粒最佳条件为金荞麦粉末煮沸5min,提取液(质量浓度0.1g·mL-1)与1mmol·L-1AgNO3体积比1:10,反应温度25℃,反应时间3.5h。所得银纳米粒形态圆整,分布均匀、性质稳定,平均粒径约(27±2.6)nm,Zeta电位(-34.3±3.2)mV。结果表明该研究所建立的以中药提取液制备银纳米粒的绿色合成方法稳定可行。
