延胡索物质基础研究

Abstract:

延胡索是常用传统中药之一,主要化学成分为原小檗碱类和阿朴啡类生物碱。该文概述延胡索所含生物碱成分的研究,分析其结构类型及新的定性、定量方法;分析其生物转化、吸收、分布、代谢、排泄、药代动力学、药物相互作用等特点,为确定延胡索的药效物质基础提供科学依据。
