款冬花的化学成分及药理活性研究进展

Abstract:

款冬花含有萜类、黄酮、生物碱等化学成分,具有止咳、祛痰、平喘的作用,以及升压作用,抗血小板活化因子作用,抗炎作用等药理活性。作者阐述了款冬花的化学成分和药理活性研究的最新进展,并针对其毒性提出了安全评价问题,指出了款冬花研究存在的主要问题和今后研究的主要方向。
