药用真菌竹黄的化学成分研究

Abstract:

利用各种现代色谱方法从药用真菌竹黄菌ShiariaBambusicola子座提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位中分离纯化14个化合物,通过波谱技术和理化性质鉴定它们的结构为竹红菌甲素(1),竹红菌乙素(2),竹红菌丙素(3),hypomycinA(4),麦角甾醇(5),麦角甾醇过氧化物(6),(22E,24R)-5α,8α-过氧化麦角甾-6,9(11),22-三烯-3β-醇(7),麦角甾-7,24(28)-二烯-3β-醇(8),(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(9),(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇-3-O-棕榈酸酯(10),(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇-6-O-棕榈酸酯(11),棕榈酸-α-单甘油酯(12),棕榈酸-α,α'-甘油二酯(13),甘露醇(14)。其中化合物7~13为首次从该属真菌中分离得到。
