中药有效成分半抗原抗体应用研究进展

Abstract:

中药有效成分半抗原抗体的应用已经触及中药研究的各个领域。首先,可将半抗原单克隆抗体设计成ELISA试剂盒,定量分析生物样本或植物粗提取物中有效成分的含量,应用于中药质量控制和中药药代动力学的研究。其次,可将半抗原单克隆抗体与固相载体相偶联,做成免疫亲和柱,应用于复杂样品的前处理以及knock-out提取物的制备。最后,可将有效成分半抗原单克隆抗体单链可变区(scFv)的基因片段导入植物细胞内,基因重组后可得到有效成分高富集的新品种,实现药用植物的分子育种。
