中药材DNA条形码分子鉴定指导原则

Abstract:

随着中药材DNA条形码分子鉴定方法研究的深入与普及,国家药典委员会讨论通过在《中国药典》增补本中列入中药材DNA条形码分子鉴定指导原则,该指导原则通过对大样本量中药材进行DNA条形码分子鉴定研究,建立以ITS2为核心,psbA-trnH为辅的植物类药材DNA条形码鉴定体系和以COI为主、ITS2为辅的动物类药材DNA条形码鉴定体系。该文介绍了中药材DNA条形码分子鉴定指导原则及其起草说明,并对该原则在中药材鉴定方面的应用前景进行展望。
