水稻双受精过程的超微结构观察

Abstract:

?利用透射电子显微镜对水稻(Oryzasativa)双受精过程的超微结构进行观察。结果表明:水稻雌雄性核融合过程有其独特的特点,无论是精卵核之间的融合还是精核与极核(次生核)之间的融合,均未观察到相关细胞器作为介质参与雌雄性核的融合,只是雌雄性核的核膜直接融合。此外,在传粉3.5小时后的水稻材料中,观察到一例宿存助细胞核与精核相贴的图像。
