水泥混凝土路面嵌缝料复数剪切模量测试条件

Abstract:

?进行了水泥混凝土路面嵌缝料剪切受力状态的理论分析和室内模拟试验,在此基础上,确定了嵌缝料剪切试验中的剪切应变和剪切频率等测试条件。理论分析结果表明:考虑板底脱空状态,嵌缝料在水泥混凝土路面中剪切应变为0.002~0.01;车轮荷载对混凝土板的振动频率小于混凝土板的固有频率,不会发生共振现象,嵌缝料的剪切频率由车轮荷载对混凝土板的振动频率决定,剪切频率范围为10~40Hz。室内模拟试验结果表明:在5℃下,嵌缝料线性粘弹性应变为0.005,实验室可实现的应变为0.004。综合两者,确定水泥混凝土路面嵌缝料复数剪切模量的测试条件为:剪切应变0.004,剪切频率2~50Hz。
