预应力管道压浆质量无损检测方法

Abstract:

?为了准确评价后张法预应力混凝土结构管道内部的压浆质量,对实际压浆过程中可能出现的缺陷做出定性与定量分析,采用冲击回波法并结合小波神经网络进行无损检测研究。利用管道内置的软泡沫来模拟实际压浆体缺陷开展模型试验,在此基础上通过小波分析探讨冲击回波响应和管道压浆质量之间的关系,并提取测试信号对缺陷敏感的特征向量,创建一个单隐层的BP神经网络对预应力管道的压浆质量进行诊断。最后结合实际工程现场试验,完善智能评价系统。研究结果表明:经过训练、测试的3层BP神经网络具有很好的抗噪性能,在5dB噪声干扰下能够稳定和较准确地识别出缺陷大小,且诊断误差很小;实际工程的现场测试进一步验证了该方法的有效性。
