基于实测荷载和温度梯度的沥青路面车辙发展影响因素分析

Abstract:

?为了给沥青路面车辙问题的研究提供参考,针对车辙产生的外部影响因素(温度和荷载),根据实测轮胎接地压力,提出了模拟动载模型,并结合路面结构温度场分析和材料试验结果,建立了基于模拟动载和温度场分布梯度的车辙分析三维有限元模型,研究了京沪高速公路实际温度和荷载环境下的车辙发展规律。结果表明:路面结构平均温度和车辙量均在16:00达到最大值;超载和超压对车辙有显著影响,加快了车辙的发展速度;沥青路面中、上面层永久变形达到总体变形的88%左右,是车辙发生的主要部位;当气温超过23℃时,车辙开始较快发展,气温高于28℃时,车辙增长速率显著加大。为了防治车辙,路面设计时应综合考虑路面结构组合和材料组成,并严格控制车辆超载。
