平地机变功率节能控制技术研究

Abstract:

?为实现平地机发动机变功率节能控制技术,依据变功率节能控制技术原理及平地机不同作业工况对发动机功率的需求,提出了发动机变功率曲线设计计算依据及控制方法。针对样机设计了3条发动机功率曲线,并采用相应的控制方法实施变功率节能控制。试验结果表明:采用变功率节能控制技术,发动机的输出转速范围不变,平地机作业装置的工作效率不受影响,减少了驱动轮滑转和轮胎磨损,发动机功率利用更加合理,在极限负荷工况下,油耗可降低7.3%~18.3%。
