连续配筋混凝土路面路用性能预测与评价方法

Abstract:

?为了给连续配筋混凝土路面的材料设计与裂缝控制研究提供理论依据与参考,并探讨道路早期行为与路用性能之间的因果关系,建立了基于有限元的早期行为预测及评价路面路用性能的计算模型。该模型考虑了混凝土材料性质的时间效应、蠕变特性以及钢筋与混凝土的界面效应等,重点分析了混凝土骨料、抗拉强度变异系数、纵向配筋率、钢筋层位置、钢筋与混凝土粘结-滑移关系以及基层类型等对裂缝宽度、裂缝间距与冲断破坏行为规律的影响。结果表明:选用低膨胀率、低干缩、低弹性模量的混凝土材料,保证混凝土抗拉强度的均匀,采用摩阻系数低的基层材料等都有利于获得良好的路用性能|利用非线性钢筋混凝土界面粘结-滑移模型或考虑极限滑移关系,预测发生冲断破坏的可能性较低。
