汽车超声波油耗测试计算方法

Abstract:

?针对汽车油耗间接测试法和直接测试法存在的不足,基于超声波技术和单片机控制技术,根据时差法超声波流量测试原理,构建汽车油耗测试数学计算模型。超声波流量传感器基于声时和几何参数测试燃油流量,采用扩展卡尔曼滤波法计算声时|利用三维坐标法测算超声波流量传感器的几何参数,进行了几何参数计算误差分析与修正。最后,对采用有限数量声路速度信息计算得到的流量误差进行了积分修正和校准。分析结果表明:该方法可为优化油耗测试数学模型、提高汽车油耗测试精度提供理论依据。
