PAN基碳纤维导电沥青混凝土的制备及性能

Abstract:

?为制备能够融冰化雪的导电沥青混凝土,对聚丙烯腈(PAN)基碳纤维导电沥青混凝土的制备及性能进行了研究。通过沥青混合料马歇尔试件的电阻率测试试验,确定了碳纤维的短切长度。通过沥青混合料拌和试验和马歇尔击实试验,提出了导电沥青混合料的拌和工艺。采用马歇尔试验配合比设计方法,根据导电沥青混合料的结构特征调整了技术标准,确定了导电沥青混合料的最佳油石比。通过电阻率试验、车辙试验、小梁低温弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验,分析了导电沥青混合料的导电性能和路用性能随碳纤维掺量的变化规律。结果表明:当PAN基碳纤维掺量(质量分数)取0.1%时,导电沥青混凝土既可以获得优良的导电性能,也可以获得优良的路用性能。
