钢-混组合结构PBL剪力键疲劳寿命试验

Abstract:

?为研究反复荷载作用下钢-混组合结构PBL剪力键的疲劳性能,根据国内外钢-混组合结构中PBL剪力键构造特点,以开孔直径、钢板厚度和贯穿钢筋直径为影响参数,设计了6组24个PBL剪力键推出试验模型,进行三因素二水平的正交试验。以静载试验测得的极限承载力为标准,测试得到每组试件在不同荷载反复作用下各试件能承受的荷载循环次数,建立了残余滑移量与荷载作用次数关系曲线,确定了PBL剪力键疲劳损伤的3个阶段及与之对应的破坏形态。研究结果表明:可以用残余滑移量来描述PBL剪力键损伤的发展,并用以度量各种加载条件下的PBL剪力键的疲劳损伤和疲劳寿命。
