基于行人专用相位的交叉口信号控制优化模型

Abstract:

?为解决未饱和状态下绿灯末期机动车与慢行交通之间的冲突,针对道路等级相差较大的两相位信号控制交叉口,在机动车信号灯兼控行人方案的基础上,对行人专用相位进行修改,提出了一种新的交叉口信号控制方案,并给出了该方案下行人过街延误计算模型以及信号配时参数优化模型,最后运用VISSIM仿真软件对北京市东直门外大街与三里屯路交叉口进行了模拟分析。结果表明:当次干道行人进口道慢行交通流量较大时,车均延误与慢行交通平均延误分别比实测数据降低约15.6%与4%,方案可行有效。
