基于铰缝刚度的板梁桥铰缝损伤评价方法

Abstract:

?为定量评价板梁桥铰缝损伤程度,假设铰缝间相对位移和铰缝剪力与铰缝刚度呈线性关系,而铰缝刚度又与铰缝损伤相关,提出了考虑铰缝刚度的铰缝损伤评价模型。该模型考虑了静载试验中常见的桥面布置多个荷载以及荷载偏心的情况;给出了铰缝剪力和板上荷载作用下铰缝处板位移以及铰缝剪力和铰缝刚度的表达式;对多组试验情况给出了最佳刚度估计值;提出了铰缝刚度、铰缝传力能力和铰缝刚度比3个指标用以评价铰缝的损伤程度。研究结果表明:铰缝刚度比λi作为评价损伤的指标最为理想,λi越大,铰缝越接近于完好;一般情况下,可以认为λi≥20时,铰缝为完好;λi≤10时,铰缝已破坏,应重做;10<λi<20时,铰缝发生损坏,可不必重做,但应进行维修;实桥静载试验应用表明该模型、指标和评价方法是合理的。
