重载水泥混凝土路面极限轴载计算方法

Abstract:

?为了改进重载水泥混凝土路面设计方法,针对重载作用下水泥混凝土路面能承担的极限轴载问题,综合考虑最大温度梯度、可靠度系数、应力折减系数、综合系数及荷载作用位置等因素的影响,推导了重载作用下水泥混凝土路面极限轴载计算方法。通过改进的气温与路表温度转化关系式,重新计算确定了合理的最大温度梯度值;对现有规范各系数取值中存在的问题进行分析,确定了系数的合理取值;同时将荷载作用位置的影响纳入极限轴载计算分析中,得到了考虑荷载作用位置的极限轴载计算改进公式。研究结果表明:改进的最大温度梯度计算方法,其结果低于现行规范且更加合理;考虑轴载作用位置的极限轴载计算方法既符合工程实际,又能有效提高路面结构极限轴载承载能力。
